Purchased my Voyager 17 and Stretch Hinterberg frame from Ron, receiving them in June of 2007. I have quilted over 150 quilts with my set-up. I would recommend Sewing Machines Plus to anyone. Their service has been great.Absolutely no problems that were not customer caused. I did add a "pig-tail" bobbin. No other adjustments.

Ron and his staff got the machine and frame right out to us. Very easy assembly and everything seems to work fine. Have been practicing on it and am getting ready to try our first quilt on it today. We are not experienced at this so it took a lot of practice before we were comfortable to do our first quilt.
