Why do people leave comments about a company problem, rate it low stars, when they haven’t even used the machine? I’m interested in this machine but the two one star reviews have nothing to do with the machine itself. Wish people would keep it to just commenting on the product, unlike me.

I have not received my machine nor the extra things I order. I received the table and the light but that is it. If I don't hear something I am going to call and cancel on grounds I did not get what I order.

Instructions not as complete as they should be. Machine had 2 loose wires. Wouldn't have figured it out if my husband had not been a mechanic.
If it need to be worked on by Sewing Machine plus. give them a few months to even look at it.

when the machine is working it is a great machine. the turn around time for repairs is not much to be desired.
