This machine quilts like a dream it's so quiet and smooth very easy to use and learn with all the bells and whistles this machine is all I ever dreamed of owning I love it!! This was an upgrade for me and the best decision I ever made.

Had issues from the start. One it wasn't what I thought I was getting but dealt with it. Two it shakes and is loud. Doesn't run well at all. Even the note pad thing wasn't the right one. The light stays on dark mode and doesn't work on other light settings. I really wish I would have known but than again you can find nothing online about it and nobody even on YouTube has one so… read more you can't search there neither! Never again never! Thought it was new but it's has many many hrs on it after we dug more and found it on the pad. Not happy at all!

got a call back from the service tech and the second time he did call back 5 days later. It is also the loudest and most noisiest machine I have ever encountered.
Would I recommend it.....ABSOLUTLY NOT!!!
