Purchased in December and still don’t have my ruler base. Have been told several times it is shipping only to get back ordered again. Can’t do any ruler work. Very disappointed. Regret my purchase.

The machine is sturdy and was easy to put together. This is a great machine for free motion quilting. I purchased the computerized package, so far disappointed with the lack of operation instructions. Definitely needs someone to give you a step by step how to guide.

This machine is loud, clunky, and vibrates so hard I cant even back track any more. I am a free motion, custom quilter and my quality isn't there any more. I have to go back to my older 10 foot machine to do show work. My hand vibrates so bad its hard to get the hours in I need to keep up. The noise level drives my husband crazy. He complains every time he comes in. Almost… read more need ear plugs. I only had the machine 7 months and had to return to Gracie for a new computer. When it returned it seemed like an entirely different machine. I called and was totally blown off, like I didn't know what I was talking about. Very sorry I purchased this. Dont recommend.
