Simply Sixteen runs smooth and quiet. It is not for an experienced quilter. More for a beginner. DO NOT buy from Sewing Machines plus. They do not stand behind their satisfaction guarantee at all or their return policy. They sold me the wrong machine for me and then could care less.

Simply 16

I have been looking at the Sweet 16 for over a year now and was very close to purchasing it, BUT then I saw the simply 16! At almost the same price and similar size, I think the Simply 16 is a much better value. I spoke to my local quilt shop, who currently has the Sweet 16, and asked them to get the Simply 16 so we could test it out. The owner agreed!! I can't wait to test drive… read more it!

Simple Sixteen

I received my machine on January 25, 2016. My husband assembled the little foot frame in about 3 hours. I downloaded the manual off the internet and spent an afternoon reading it. It was then time to test drive the machine. I had a sit down Sweet Sixteen and sold it to a lady who live in my town. I had tried this new set up at the Houston International Quilt Festival in November… read more of 2015. I knew instantly that this was the machine I wanted.It's been a couple of weeks now. I have completed two charity lap quilts which were an excellent size to familiarize myself with the hooping on the frame. I am now ready to move on to my queen size quilt top. I love this machine and am so glad I purchased it. I do not have the room for a large frame so this set up is perfect for me. I love the built in stitch regulator and two settings, precision and cruse. Looking forward to many years of quilting on this machine and frame.I would also like to recommend Sewing Machine Plus for your purchase. They handled my order quickly and smoothly. Deedra was my salesperson. She was knowledgeable and made suggestions of things I should consider with my purchase. I ordered the optional castors, Handi Light and ruler base. Great business to deal with and a Handi Quilter dealer.

My dream machine!

I really am so happy I purchased my handi quilter Simply 16. It has been really easy to learn how to use.. and I feel my only limitation is my own time and creativity!! My o lay downside is I hope to by the bigger machine in a few years.. but I love this one !!

She is good enough she got a name!

I love this machine! She flows. She was super easy to set up...my husband and 11 year old son did it all! The machine is consistent and a work horse. I upgraded to the 12' studio frame and I am SO glad I did! Everything fits on there!
