The bobbins sent were not compatible with my machine. I have a Husquavarna Designer Epic purchased new in 2018. I did note this on my original order.

Not Genuine Viking Husqvarna Bobbins

The website claimed the product was a genuine Viking Husqvarna bobbin, but it was not; the logo and other markings were different on these bobbins from the other genuine bobbins I already have. I am currently on hold w customer service to try to address the issue (return the items).
