It was listed on your website that these bobbins fir the machine I listed for the Husquarvna Viking Emerald 116, when I received them they were the wrong bobbins. So I sent them back and supposedly got a refund on them, but no one answered me by email or by phone for proper returns so I had to pay 11.00 for return postage. I then ordered another set of bobbins on the 12th and still… read more have not received them. Getting very upset with this company

What a joy to have the extra bobbins (and at a sale price to boot) to compliment my original set. I thought they would have a hole in them for the thread to go through when winding the bobbin. The ones that came with my machine did, so I thought that ordering for my machine would have the same bobbin.
