Great- The real thing!

My original 40-50 yr old bobbins were breaking and the last few I purchased at the store were constantly hanging up, and making them impossible to use. The surviving good ones needed to be refilled rather than keeping some with different colored threads. I purchased several of these, and the ones I've used WORK just like the original and are even labeled 'Singer'on them. What a… read more great feeling after all the frustration of buying what was advertised as a Touch & Sew, unscrewed like them, but wouldn't work as didn't fit correctly.

Excellent service

I recently broke the last last of my bobbins for my very old Singer Contempra 930. I couldn't find any replacements and thought I might have to buy a new machine. Then I found this site, found my bobbins, ordered them and they arrived in just over a week. The price was great, the service great too. I'm very happy to say the least

Why does it take so long to receive anything from your company?

This is not the right bobbins. These have no thread slot and they have an o on the bottom. The ones that I want have a thread slot on the top and an x on the bottom. I called as soon as I opened them and spoke with a lady. I explained to her that they were not the correct type of bobbins, I told her exactly what they were supposed to be and she said that she would email me the… read more procedure for returning the product. As of today I still haven't received any instructions on returning the product. It takes a really long time to get the product you order in the first place. Not sure why that is.
