I just got this machine, so I will be giving a preliminary review. I am extremely impressed with the construction of this machine. I previously owned and operated a commercial machine embroidery business, utilizing the Toyota ESP 9100 NET. I closed the business four years ago, sold my machine and had no intention of doing embroidery again. The pandemic has changed that. Boredom… read more set in and I tried a home style machine. I missed my multi-needle set up and began searching for the right machine for me. This Tajima seemed to fit the bill perfectly. The Juki Sai has the quality of construction of my Toyota, ease of threading, and I'm looking forward to learning the included digitizing software. The machine was extremely well packed for shipment and had instructions for unpacking on the box. Additionally, there is a YouTube video for unpacking and set up of the machine. As I have not had an opportunity to do any embroidery yet, I will post an update. I will say this- you get what you pay for. The quality of this machine will speak for itself.
