I called Sewing Machines Plus and they sent bundle immediately Customer Service was 5 stars, although the 18 pack of thread and some of needles were on back order. I still have not received the back order nor an email on status. I am very impressed with the Verve machine. This is an upgrade from my basic level sewing machine and I love it! The auto threader and needle up/down feature is great! Learning to machine embroider has been pretty easy with this machine. Love Baby Lock and am very happy so far.

Incredibly versatile machine. Embroidery is AWESOME for this price point. I never thought I would be able to afford an embroidery machine. This is affordable and you can even upload more designs. It's also a far above average Baby Lock sewing machine. I am totally satisfied with my purchase

I have not had any real problems like I did the eversewn, after two weeks the eversewn had stopped functioning right; I wrote for help and at first they did nothing, then they gave me suggestions, no real help, I had that machine between five to eight months when I started looking for a new machine, so far the babylock has performed very well. I still have a question about the embroidery… read more package I could have gotten when I bought this machine. I was wondering if I could still buy it!
