I love this 10 needle machine and sewing machine plus was very helpful with any questions that I had. There were some things missing from my order but everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and happy to help. If you have never owned an embroidery machine, I would recommend a single needle before purchasing this 10 needle. My single needle taught me how to fix minor issues that… read more at first I thought needed to be fixed by a professional. The machine lacks training but there are Facebook groups that help. It really is an easy-to-use machine and the price was phenomenal! I will definitely be purchasing another from this company!
