I am disappointed in this product. It doesn't really sharpen the blades enough to matter for all the time it takes to put them through the machine. I do not feel it is any better than the handheld rotary sharpener. I was told someone would contact me re. a question on the use, but have heard from no one.

maybe i did it wrong, but it ruined my blade. now it won't cut anything!

I was having a minor skipping issue with my blade so I ran my rotary cutter through this and it made it worse. I used it on scrap material, tried the sharpener again and each time it got worse. I had to throw the blade away. I'd of used the blade more, even with a minor skip. I'd just have to cut twice.
Very disappointed.
Blades worse than before using!

I wrote & called the store about this Sharpener - it actually made my blades LESS sharp then before using the sharpener.
