Prong ends are open and broke the input mechanism.

the ends of the 3 prongs on this item were open instead of hammered closed - i had trouble getting them into the slots where the go, and it pushed the recievers inside back. now the part is broken - neither my foot control or the hand control make contact and activate the motor. i don't know if this is grace's fault or janome, but i'm annoyed and it will probably be expensive to… read more fix.
