Install was very confusing due to lack of instructions. It took days for customer support to call me back. I asked for someone to call me when I was at home and never got that phone call. After a week of leaving several messages every day I finally got an email and fixed the problem myself. Customer service never followed up. There is no printed manual for the software. Difficult setup from the software installation to the hardware setup

I have had an extremely difficult time with this product and have not gotten beyond the setup stage. Perhaps, if it would actually work, I might love it, but at this pint I am very disappointed and would like to return it, but am told it is non returnable. Grace Company will send me a new motor plate, but then we will have to go through the entire setup process again. I would advise… read more those who are less than expert on quilting robotics not to get into it unless you know a technician in your area that can install it and tweak its problems.
