Love this site and my new machine!!!

I love this machine! Originally, when I purchased, it was on back order. A very nice operator called and let me know I could be waiting for a few weeks, but I received it in 4 days, a great surprise, especially with the current situation! Did plenty of research on it and am so glad I invested. Definitely sign up for the newsletter to get 10% off, made this site the cheapest option… read more for purchase. However, I didn't realize I was buying a machine that isn't brand new. There is one small dent on the front end of the machine. It isn't super noticeable and there are no defects to the operational components, but be aware!

Like new machine at a refurbished price

I was looking for a refurbished Brother SE625 and this was the best price I found. There is no way to tell the difference between this and a new machine other than the sticker on the box and the price. All accessories are included and everything looks brand new. Best Buy of Quarantine 2020!

Great product: 2 machines in one at a great price

I haven't fully used it yet, and was not sure why it wouldn't work for me until a tech told me you have to touch the screen to start it up. I can't wait to start making personalized baby clothes and other such item. I bought this to enhance my seamstress services and products.

Great Machine at a Great Price from a Great Company ;-)

Got this machine at 10% off the already low price. Looks brand new even when listed as factory serviced. Tried the sewing feature and the machine was as soft as a hum. Love the auto bobbin winder, the drop in bobbin, auto thread cutter, machine stop feature and the auto needle threader. Also tried different sewing patterns and stitches. Can't wait to try the embroidery next and down load more embroidery patterns and decorative stitches online. At first I was intimidated by this machine because it was computerized and I'm just old school straight stitch type of person but after a while, I slowly transitioned myself to try this machine out, and found it to be a lot easier to operate than I thought. Wish I had these easy features long ago when I was in my Prime sewing outfits and dresses for my girls when they were in school. Retired and haven't touched a sewing machine since until now. Not what my mom paid for!

I like the machine, but my mom purchased this machine for me and when it arrived it was in a box that said refurbished and she thought it was a new machine and paid the price of what was listed as new, the refurbished ones were cheaper so don't understand that and don't know which I received

Loving it but a lot to learn, it’s not your moms machine!

My sister has one and uses it almost every day for her crafting. Has for a few years now, when I talked with her about my machine being down. She told me what she used! I was out shopping at another store and saw a another difference brother machine so I got it. This is extremely beginner-to-intermediate friendly, and I’m so happy I got it. It has so many built-in stitches, and many of them are very adjustable (length, width, alignment). All the necessities are there, and then there are the decorative types. Those take a little longer, but they look amazing along the hems of things (those crocodiles are so cute). The embroidery area… read more is a good size for many things, but the machine itself doesn’t have any designs with a strong, patch-like border. If you’re looking to make your own patches, consider a free computer program like Inkstitch. Play around with that and GOOD quality images, watch or read a few tutorials, and save your work as a PES file. Put all your work on a nice little USB stick and plug it into the machine, and you’ve successfully unlocked its full potential. Now you can make something yourself, and then add all the details that you’d love to see on store-bought, but never do. I love this machine, especially for the price. Mine is factory serviced, but I really feel like it’s brand new, which makes me feel pretty good about Brother AND SewingMachinesPlus.com.

Wonderful for small projects.

This machine sews like a dream. When I received it the feet were not in the box and customer service took care of it right away and had Brother ship the missing items. I will say this- if you think you will want to do larger designs I would start with a machine that has a larger hoop. 4 x 4 is a small area and I will now have to upgrade fairly soon. Takes months for it to arrive. Been back order for the longest time but the wAit is worth it. Works exactly as discribe, easy to use even for a dummy like me. Freebie includes a cover and a basic sewing kit, needles and basic sewing foot. Great buy considering the price and specs.
