Excellent customer service and delivery was professionally packed and shipped! I Love the machine and easy-to-use .
Wonderful
I love this machine. My previous Brother was The Innovis 2500D, a combo sewing and embroidery machine. This machine is embroidery only. One of the reviews mentioned that the automatic threader kept breaking, and that is true. But it is a part that is under warranty, and the dealer should take care of it.. mine did! Mine had so many issues, the dealer even showed me how to change… read more it myself and just gave me the part.. no problem. Handles metallic threads is you slow the speed down and hand feed it- first machine ever to do this for me.
Love it!
I had a PE770 and upgraded to this machine, I love it! The speed and ease of use is amazing! I am so happy I bought this for my step up machine!
It's great machine but needs the ability to go wider than 8" for the price
If this came with the ability to go wider than 8" and the needle threader hook didn't bend so often this would be a GREAT machine. The needle threader hook has given me fits - for some reason it bends making the needle threader unusable. I was able to bend it back the first few times it happened (which literally took 30-45 each time to fix) but now it won't go back and I'm stuck… read more manually threading the needle each time (which isn't fun on a single needle machine). Saw online other people having the same problem. I do think for the price it should have an embroidery field larger than 8x8 - I thought it would make a big difference over my previous 5x7 machine, but once I started using it I realized it really isn't that much bigger at all (and costs a TON more).
