I was a little hesitant to buy a refurbished machine, but it has been great, just like new! I would recommend the Brother PE 800. It is very user friendly, and the staff at Sewingmachinesplus were very helpful! I received my machine in good time.

I love this machine! The Brother PE800 is easy to use and stitches out perfectly every time. The touch screen is good size and the icons are intuitive. The machine runs smoothly and is not loud at all. I wish I had bought this years ago instead of struggling with the other embroidery machine I had for so long.
