I love the machine but it takes a little getting use to. I have a Brother embroidery machine, as well, which to me is very user friendly. The Bernette has a lot more features so it takes time acquainting myself to it. As for buying through Sewingmachineplus.com I was very happy with the customer service. I could have bought this machine through Amazon but Amazon did not offer the… read more same support that sewingmachineplus did. With a purchase this large it pays to buy from a company that specializes in the product.

I was in the market for a new embroidery machine. My old Brother combo machine started sewing badly. It is 35 years old and very outdated. I never knew how much outdated it was until I bought the Bernette Deco b70. What an amazing embroidery machine. It comes with the software package too. Large color screen that you can see what you are working on. I watched all the videos before… read more trying it out. Very helpful. I did a lot of research before purchasing this machine. It had everything I was looking for and comes with 3 hoops! Easy to use interface with the onscreen icons. Stitches out beautifully. Has so many features. It will take me some time to learn how to use all the different features but I will when I have more time to try everything out. Sewing Machines Plus were so friendly and helpful with my order. Great customer service. Glad that I ordered it from them! Received on time.

This machine has become a nightmare because the touch screen responds only randomly! I would not recommend this machine. Not User friendly. I have three embroidery machines all Brothers and they never give me an issue.
