I remodeled my sewing room to hold all 4 of my daily-use machines in Arrow cabinets. I got a very good deal from SMP, and assembly wasn't bad at all. Very happy with my purchase.

Great cabinet!

I love this cabinet. Mostly because it sits higher than all other models with the exception of those that are height adjustable. The tops measures at 30" from the floor, primarily because it is also one of the few cabinets that is actually on locking casters. Most cabinets sit at or around 28.25" which is really a smidge too low for most of us. Note: Manufacturers need to explore read more the fact that humans are simply bigger than they used to be and adjust accordingly. The casters alone are a great benefit as I keep this stowed under my cutting/ironing table. I also love the simplicity of the bi-fold door that stows away. SO much easier to access the machine when you don't have to do reverse origami with all the flaps and wings...lol. If you are looking for a cabinet that gives you lots of surface area such as for quilting, you can easily extend the surface with folding tables. one word of warning, no video exists for the assembly of this specific cabinet and the directions are a bit skimpy. I have done hundreds of RTA (ready to assemble) pieces by myself and this was not difficult but for some it may not be as intuitive. Also, BEFORE you install the right side rail for the machine lift, make sure you can easily loosen the screws. One of the screws was so tight on mine, that my husband had to literally cut the screw head in half and break the plastic slider to replace the whole device. This process would have been much more easily completed before assembly was complete but it was not until that point that I could know what adjustment was needed for my machine to fit properly. Note: Arrow was very helpful in responding to my issue and sending me replacement screws as well as the plastic piece that goes behind the rail. All is working great now. Very pleased with my purchase.
