Wrong part was sent: tacony 5011-10. Notified customer service "Candice" on 7-13-2020. She looked into problem and the wrong part was sent to me. Then I called again a few days later and still no resolution. I need part sku: Tacony ESG-ZF Zipper Foot. I have returned the wrong parts at my expense in hopes to resolve the problem.

love this foot, it works great & doesnt bump into the zipper tab. The one that came with my machine is bulky. So I bought this one & glad i did. I make purses & it works great!!

I love this straight edge zipper foot. It is just what I needed. The one I have used for years wasn't quite right. This is great for piping too. It doesn't bump into the zipper tab or piping when in use.
