Singer CG-590 Commercial Grade Sewing Machine Review

So far so good

VERY picky on needles (the tiniest bit of bend and tension is gone but it is sewing at warp speed after all - just buy your needles in bulk and don't worry about it).

So far so good - very powerful machine goes through just about anything. Do slow down when changing thicknesses to avoid hard swaps.
Overall very pleased...although it is loud.

Well Made Machine

I have found this machine to be both compact and well made. Mostly metal, there are a few plastic bits, but I don't think these would cause future problems. It's FAST- super fast. It zips through heavy weight fabrics with ease. I am pleased with the simple, but useful array of stitches (my other machines offer more stitches, but I rarely use them). LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

My husband bought this for me last year after I complained about my old sewing machine. This is the best machine I have ever used. My family loves this machine too. Love it!

I was looking for a machine with speed- and here I found it! I do alot of sewing and most machine speeds are slow to me. WELL LOOK OUT- I finally met my match! Boy does this thing go fast! What's even better, I can adjust the speed right on the bottom of the foot control. I do this for my sister when she uses my machine, she doesn't like to go as fast as me. Junk

used very little and keep going to the shop always a timing issue never break or sew over needles or pins. now for no reason while sewing it will not pickup the the bobbin thread to lock stitches.have changed needles, thread and bobbins no difference. just stopped for no reason.. very few hours on it
