Great for beginner sewer at good price point.

This is a great machine for a beginner sewer. The one thing I wish it had was the overlock stitch so I could do those hems on my pants and skirts without having to turn the raw edge in.

Intergeneration sewing adapts to social isolation

I’ve done sewing projects with my 8 yr old granddaughter for a couple of years. When she heard I was making masks (I offered to make them for her family). She said she wanted to make them. I tracked down this sewing machine which is the same model as mine so that she would be comfortable seeing. She set it up, sewed, and we talked about the masks she’s going to make in a couple days after she gets to know her machine a little better.
