Chair did not come with screw to put it together so cant use. Reached out to customer service almost 2 weeks ago and they said theyd have someone contact me to send me the screw. After a week I still hadnt heard from anyone so reached out again. Was told theyd have someone contact me same day and no one ever did. Beyond annoyed at this point because I cant use without screw

Good chair at a good price

So far this chair has helped with back pain from sewing too long. I just wish the wheels would have came with it. Cant get used to no wheels!

Happy with purchase

Fast delivery, easy setup, much better than my old office chair. I’m on the fence with replacing the gliders with wheels. The gliders work okay on wood floors, the wheels tend to roll too much, so for now I’m keeping the gliders.

Great Chair

This is really a great chair. I have had major back surgery and this chair is very comfortable. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because it does not come with rolling casters.

Too soon to give accurate review

I just got the chair 2 days ago. Looks great, and sitting in it for 10 minutes seems like it will be comfortable.....would rather do my review after a 10 hour quilting marathon.

Be Very Careful of Your Back

This chair was comfortable at first, however, I began to have progressively worsening lower back issues which led to 16 weeks of physical therapy to recover. Upon reviewing my “top of the line dual purpose chair” we discovered that the basic chair design will cause back problems. There are no adjustments other than height of chair and back. The angle in which you are required… read more to sit based on the design puts your back into a constant state of extension which will lead to the back issues. No lumbar support and the seat pan is not adjustable. This chair is deceiving and by the time the injury showed up it was too late to return the chair.
I am most certain the reviews written have not been written after months of use. This chair will be going in the trash as I can’t consciously give it to someone else and cause an injury.

Not The Chair For Me

The purchase of this chair was a mistake. It has made my back problems worse. The company has told me I can return it for a refund but I must pay for shipping both ways. I can not get the chair parts separated to return it, and have had two friends try to help, without success. Because of covid and shelter in place, I can not take the chair to UPS to package the chair for me.… read more I have explained all of this to the company, including the fact that I am under a doctor's care and receive physical therapy for my problem, and that I am in my 80's. They are not replying to my emails sent more than 10 days ago about this.

Broke after 2 days

I had this chair for two days and the lever that locks the back in place broke and no longer works. So the chair is uncomfortable to use as the back keeps punching me forward when I sit in it.
