The service was prompt and I received my open toe embroidery foot very quickly. Unfortunately, I had ordered the foot that was designated for my machine, but it did not fit. Luckily, the cost of the foot was minimal. My machine is considered a low-shank, but I guess in reality it is really a "no shank" machine.
