Love, love, this thing. It is perfect for what I want to do plus more. I have had my Q-Bot for about 4 years and cannot imagine what issues people have with it. It does what it says. I have had few if any issues with the product. Most issues have been operator error or not following directions exactly as given. I looked at several other robots before purchasing this one. I have owned the Qbot for a week and have ran 3 quilts. I love this thing. Installation could not have gone easier. They give you a disk with the instructions on it, shows you how to assemble, very easy. The qbot is very easy to operate, they give you a disk with the operating instructions. It was a good bit of money, but I am very glad I purchased the Qbot, its all I hoped it would be and even better than I thought it would be! PS I had 1 question and the service dept. got right back to me.l love, love, love this thing, worth every penny I spent and half the price of any other robot.

I want to drag this machine and q- bot behind my car until it is in thousands of pieces the worst about 10,000 I even spent will not ever do that again. Ever. Not worth your time so don’t buy it unless you want to spend months trying to get it to work!donate the money to charity or do something good with it because this set up is complete junk!
