I'm pleased with the chair. There was a small problem with the assembly but it was easily solved by customer service. I am a little dismayed however that such an expensive chair does not come with better assembly and adjustment instructions by the manufacturer. It took a few days in order to figure out exactly how to adjust the chair for my needs. I even tried looking on-line for… read more more specifics but to no avail.

The chair arrived in great condition and had excellent assembly instructions.
Don't ask Sewing Machines Plus for Help ...... they'll just sit on it!!!!

The chair is great!!! However, when it arrived it didn't have assembly instructions. Sewing Machines Plus was contacted both by phone and e-mail asking for help. The person on the phone knew of no one who could help. Finally a week later Kathy called in response to the e-mail. At least by then we had gotten the chair together with the help of a sewing machine company in the… read more Midwest.
