Awesome Aussie

As a very discriminant buyer we researched for weeks the products and price-points. The Aussie has it all for the price-point we got quality, tons of horizontal space and efficiency. The assembly was easy once we found the latest assembly manual from Arrow website based on the chat-help.

Love this! One issue with the locks, they pop out with the slighted bit of pressure on them. Not a big deal for me as this is for home and won't be locked. The set up is very large so measure your room carefully!

There was an issue with delivery. It is shipped on a pallet and arrives on a semi. The expectation is that if you cannot have it delivered to your home then… read more you have to pick it up from where it was dropped. Luckily I was able to work out something with the trucking company or I would have had to send this back. So buyer beware, if you don't have a place for a 52ft semi to park, drop it and turn around you will run into issues. Also my insert was ready and shipped two weeks ago but still hasn't arrived. I have no problem waiting for something to be custom made and having to wait for it, but when it was made and takes two weeks to arrive by Fed ex its a little frustrating.

Chaos that ends in Satisfaction

I ordered on May 20th, 2020 and requested it not ship until May 30th. Come June 6th I was told it was on back order for a missing shipment of boxes on the dingo cabinet... then come July 10th I was again told it'd take another 2 weeks because the distributor didn't have the order any longer... so not until I got ahold of the Fulfillment V.P. of the distributer did I finally receive… read more the Aussie and Dingo and light on July 17th. Three days shy of 60 days after originally ordered. The chair and inserts are still on back order at present.
I truly wish this had gone smother but am satisfied to finally receive 3 of the 7 (the more expensive items) ordered. Sean and one other female rep did their best trying to remedy the shipping controversy. For them I am grateful. Endebted to Jerry Voors & Harriet of Arrow Companies for getting the job complete!
