I absolutely love this serger. The air threader is a life saver and makes it so easy to match my serger thread with each make because it is a breeze to change. I also love how each needle has its own screw, so if I need to change the right needle that is the only one that comes out. The serger does allit was supposed to do. It threads like a dream and it is easy to adjust the stitch. All would be perfect, except that after about a week. I pushed the foot pedal and nothing happened. After more thab an hour on the phone with a tech person at Sewing Machines Plus, he mentioned that he was ot really familiar with the machine and didn't have one to look at. … read more The machine he was describing to me to check things out on, didn't match what I was seeing. He finally decided to get a new foot pedal, but they didn't have one and it would have to be ordered from Juki and would probably take 2 weeks. Very disappointing. I am still waiting.

I got this machine here on SewingMachinesPlus. I was a little skeptical about it, but. . .the idea of air threading at such a reasonable price was too good to pass up. So. . .now I've been using it for about a month. Sewing is my passion, so I use it nearly everyday, and I have to say IT'S AMAZING!The stitches are neat and balanced, threading is a dream, and silly as it may sound… read more I just love the little scrap catching cup. I've been using sergers for 20 years and this is my 3rd serger. In the past I stayed with one color thread (white) for everything because rethreading was such a nightmare on my previous 2 (top of the line) sergers. Not anymore! Now, thanks to the Juki MO-1000 I'm serging with colors to match my project!Bottom line: I love this serger, and you probably will, too!

I love this serger. I got to beta test this at a show. It did a beautiful rolled hem, all the stitches were even and uniform. The threading ports are larger to accommodate the thicker threads, like wooly nylon and pearl crown rayon. I put this machine through every test and it passed with flying colors.This is my new serger of choice.

machine came right away. It has a broken part other than that everything is finw. Machine works great but I am in need of a thread holder for it. Hokds 4 spools of thread and one of the holders was broke. Hopefully Junki has a new thread holder in the mail for me.

I can say to begin with Iâve received excellent Customer Service from the very beginning from calling to ask questions before I received the item to after it got delivered, late in the pandemic was excellent. This means I never had to wait for more time than what is expected that is about a minute when calling and the order arrived in about 4-5 days.
Needle threader keeps breaking

Needle threader is plastic, and it breaks. I ordered a new part which was almost impossible to find, put it on and after using it a week it broke. Then the stitching started skipping and after hours and hours trying all of the tensions it will not sew without skipping.
