If you can find a better place to purchase, buy it there...they’re not accommodating at all!

Table arrived damaged. Whoever assembled it damaged it before they wrapped it and shipped it out. Only resolution they had for me was to send ONLY the table top and I would have to uninstall what was suppose to come pre-assembled and assemble it myself. Highly disappointed!

Machine was not gone over

Machine was not checked. Had a sample under it, but did not sew properly. The stand was a nightmare to assemble. Will definitely go somewhere else for my next machine. They were not helpful at all, and I am not pleased.

I love this machine. It is quiet and sews smoothly and evenly. My only complaint is that the tension rod on top of the machine falls out easily and my students tend to loose them. I have replaced them once already can't find a glue that will keep them in place.

Not Sold Truthfully

Sewing Machine Plus does not tell you this Machine is not assembled to the table. They only concentrate on the assembly of the table and motor. They never state that the "Machine" needs to be assemblied by you. When you assemble you have an issue that you do not know you are asked to down load their manual. You now have a warranty issue and have to ship back to them. This is their… read more "way to make money" by not sending you the info needed to set up a good machine. Look at how much they dropped the price of this machine. They do not then send all the things that were requested as upgrades. Be aware, this is a "Non Refundable Machine" By Nicoles On line Manager of Sewing Machine Plus. Once shipped you are liable. They are a "business" and will do anything to protect their salesman. Buy at risk this expensive machine because they will use their will to discredit you. I am still waiting for my full order....Not completed yet.. May never see it. Where is my full order.
Contact Nicoles he will tell you everything you did wrong. But he will never say anything they did wrong. Where on their web page did they say that this machine came dissambled. Look close they only described the table and motor. Be aware, this is not assembled. We have realized that they have changed their way of business. Gary never said this machine required assembly. Ask, then buy or don't buy. Too late....

I love my machine it's exactly what I had hoped for. I got the Juki DDL 8700. With shipping cost it cost just as much as others I've seen without the shipping. There was a chunk missing out of one corner but no one will ever see it and it was expected to have damage somewhere like it says in the description.

I bought this machine with the table a few years ago and now I really can say that I am truly impressed. It has worked wonderfully with no problems at all. Using as a side business and have made more than the cost of purchase price and still counting. It's built to last, that's for sure!

Love this machine. This is actually my second one and this one works exactly the same as my first machine. Love that the table came fully assembled including the motor already being attached. With a little help from my son I was up and running in very little time.

Totally Awesome!

I can’t say enough good things about my Juki DDL-8700 high speed industrial sewing machine!!! The Servo motor is very quiet, fast and strong. Everything arrived in great shape and only took about 2 hours to get it up and running... I’ve been using it for several days now and have tweaked the fly wheel so it doesn’t squeak against the safety cover and and put a shim under one… read more of the legs to keep the table stable.... and tightened the motor up to keep the belt a bit looser.... all of which were things that are just a part my learning curve because I’ve never set one of these up before! The stitch quality is wonderful and I believe I will be sewing on this machine long after my two year old computerized machine bites the dust. 98% or more of my sewing on the computerized machine was straight stitch.... I think this workhorse will save lots of stitches from the much more expensive machine. I truly believe I made the right choice to go industrial for my basic stitching. I sew and quilt up to 40 hrs a week, mostly for charity... so for me, there are no downsides to this purchase. If you need a super high quality sewing machine for piecing quilt tops, this is the one to buy!

Lots of setup but great machine and fast shipping!

This machine is much harder to put together than I imagined, I had it for about two weeks before I was actually able to use it because I was setting it up and then I had to wait to talk to the technician because the machine motor was turning backward.
After getting the machine up and running I love it! Everyone I talked to was very nice and understanding!

We had difficulty putting the machine together so I did an online chat with a representative. She told me a technician would call me back. Later that evening my son and I figured out the simple mistake that we had made and we completed the assembly. It’s a great product. Machine works beautifully, just wish I had a manual for the type of needle synchronizer!

I was very impressed with the customer support team from the moment I purchased the machine! It was a gift for my mother who is a professional seamstress, and I was thrilled they had it in stock. It was shipped via freight (I included a picture) and it is worth mentioning how incredibly well packaged it came! I watched a youtube video for instruction as far as how to assemble the… read more machine (put out by cutsew.com), and it was fairly easy to do. I attached a photo of the panel of what I later discovered was the Needle Synchronizer (an upgrade I purchased that came along with the upgraded motor), and the only bummer was we have no idea how to use it ^_^ I'm fairly confident we'll be able to get it sorted soon enough, but it's a shame no instruction manual was provided for this upgrade seeing as my Mother had never seen one before (nor have I), and we're not sure what the buttons were for or how to program it. I called tech support and they said they would email me back with some more info, and I currently await their getting back to me. OTHER THAN THAT, machine runs like an absolute dream (genuinely, it runs better than my car hahaha), and Mom seems absolutely thrilled to finally have a unit like this of her own! Be advised out unit did not come with any kind of light, so we will have to go out and purchase one (and just considering the price tag, it would have been nice if it came with some sort of light at all). I can't wait to see what she creates, we're very happy with our purchase!
