I have been sewing for many years.Got this a while back. Was talked into this machine by one of your people. It is a great mach. But I havent used it yet. Trouble threading.

Excellent! The machine is elegant, functional, and a joy to work with! I have so much to say and I don't know where to begin. I LOVE IT!This is a beautiful sewing machine. I love the large sew bed. There is room for quilting and anything large that would normally bunch up. This machine has been at the dealers for longer than i have owned it. Bought two at the time of purchase and one has been nothing but a lemon! Dealer just keeps replacing casing and sending me on my way. Not fixing the problem. No longer using the thread cutter, as it may also have a problem. Very disappointed in dealer and Janome. Please reconsider buying from them.
