Ordered a Janome but ended up choosing the Elna

Unfortunately the Janome was out of stock so I opted for the Elan version instead. The customer service agent was very cordial and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to enable me to determine that the substitution was a good option.

Been using for years .

I have been using these bobbins for years in my Janome 9700 embroidery / quilting and my absolute favorite machine 6600p just upgraded to the M7 these bobbins are giving the machine and me a hard time .

Buttonhole Attachment

The buttonhole attachment that came with my machine was difficult to slide so I ordered a new one. The new one is much easier to slide. I am pleased.

I’ve never embroidered anything in my life before I purchased the Brother PE800. For me it was a great first-time embroidery machine. Great price, fast shipping and excellent customer service.

I searched everywhere for this, and found it a couple of places, but I ordered from here because the price was better or equal to others and it was IN STOCK and ready to ship. Even with shipping cost, the price beat amazon. When I received the item I was concerned that it would not work on my machine. I was confused because Janome uses the same part for many machines but different… read more part numbers. The customer service folks double checked everything for me and offered a free return if I wanted. But, in the end, I am keeping it, since it fits my machine. Do I really need a steamer?

I have considered a steamer previously, however was not certain I really needed one. SMP gave me many reasons including cleaning/sanitizing household areas. My Viking is up and running!

Works great on my Husqvarna Viking Mega Quilter! Nice to know I can still get parts, even when the old girl is out of production. The packaging came with instructions, so I was able to install it and start quilting in no time.
