I am not sure I received the correct bobbin holder. It was in the right package but has no model number on it and looks identical to my original Janome bobbin holder. It also has no identifying blue dot that the package indicates should be on it. (Although someone put a sticker over that bit of information). I ran into the same thing when ordering it from Amazon. I returned… read more that one. I would like to discuss this with a person who might give me some insight. Sorry for the one star...if I am misinterpreting the product I will write a corrected review. Your customer service is great.
