Have had this chair five months - already failing

I have had this chair five months. Hydraulics are failing, keeps just falling. The fabric is pilling badly. I have contacted SMP who reached out to Horn. No response from Horn to date. Very unhappy with this considering the cost of this chair. Hopefully Horn will respond.
