The hoop does not connect properly to my sewing machine. With great difficulty I managed to remove the spring and now it is loose but when attached to my machine does seem to work. I was not happy with a hoop that did not connect to my machine.

I will not be able to use this product. Because the place where it attaches to the arm of my machine is so loose that it wobbles worse then the one I was going to replace. The designs are not working when it toward the bottom of the hoop. It's a piece of junk. Plus to put the inner hoop inside the outer hoop the set screw has to be almost all the way out. That's without any stabilizer… read more let alone any material. I will be going to the dealer I bought the machine from. Lesson learned! When it is less money then the original replacement then you can expect less quality!
