Although I haven't used the product yet because I just received it, I had a few retailers that did not carry it and would not order it for me. I have two machines, I didn't want to purchase another, so this is my "Serger". This company was very prompt in sending out the Side cutter with clear to follow instructions. I am very pleased.

It didnât work as smoothly as I thought it should, soI returned it with absolutely no problems. So even though that didnât workout, I am very pleased with sewing machines plus service and will definitely order again.
