Sewing machines plus sent me a foot pedal that did not fit my machine, and charged me $17 to ship a $35 item. I paid $10 to return it and will be charged a 20% "restocking". I spent $69 and will be reimbursed $28. In addition they tried to blame their mistake on me! I've never experienced a company with such poor customer service and will never order anything from them again.
