I already own the smaller hoop and have saved on stabilizer and ease of hooping and centering.The larger hoop needed to be smoothed with the sandpaper provided to glide in my Ellegante 2 sewing machine. I look forward to effortless hooping and many years of use.

Does not hold towels tight

On the contrary what is being said, the magnets are not strong at all. It shifts during embroidery.

Too big for baby lock Flourish machine

The hoop is great, but this particular size is not accepted by my baby lock flourish machine. I had to buy a smaller one, 7x10”, which was perfect.

This is the "IT" HOOP

I have a Brother DreamMaker XE 2200 it fits a bit snug, seems to be a little thick and it worried me, expensive machine and don't want to cause damage. So I gently pushed it in....with firm determination. It is about a mm too thick.I have used it several times now, and I love it, makes hooping so much easier and you get no fabric burn, and it is easy to move the placement if necessary.I… read more also bought the 5x7 which fits much better. I think they need to work on the 7x12 to make it fit as nicely as the 5x7.Love the concept!!

Holds Tight

This item has a super strong magnet that holds towels, quilts and other "thick" (or even thin) items very tight. I am very happy with this hoop and will be ordering other sizes of this same product. I have owned earlier "magnet" type hoops that did not hold things tight and the items popped out of the hoops. I think the price is really high for this product but it does work… read more very well.

This is IT!

By far the best hoop I've used (or that came with my expensive Innovis 5000 machine. I also purchased the optional continuous frame from Brother ($375???) can't remember...but this frame is FAR better.

I love my monster snap hoop.

Great for quilting

I don't know. I still have not received this hoop. After 5 emails and phone calls I found out it was on back order. They say they will have some in the middle of January to ship. We will see.What's not so funny they charged my account for this hoop.
