SMP heâs the very best customer service, called for an update on when my order would ship, that had the rep contact me direct with tracking information and within a week it was received. Love the Monster Hoop, they are all I use in my machines. Thank you SMP!

desperately trying to contact Sewing Machines Plus to return this item as it was so very late in arriving I had already purchased elsewhere. Canceled order but it came anyway. Have sent many emails to them for return authorization but no response. PLEASE HELP!

This is an excellent product. I would have to say, however, that I asked a question following delivery as the earlier versions of a similar product had insufficient magnets. The packaging was different and I wanted to confirm it was the newer version. I never received a response to either my phone call or email. Luckily it was the correct product.
