Took a few minutes to figure out the instructions and we had to move the wheels a bit, but after we got the hang of it, it works fine. Winds bobbins quickly.

I recently received my bobbin winder and within minutes was able to wind a box full of bobbins of color of my choice and to the amount I wanted!! The time from ordering and receiving it was shorter than any other place I have ordered from.Yea! Sewing Machine Plus!!

Works ok on bobbins for my 66. But my class 15 bobbins it does not go all the way across bobbin. I talked with support and they said tension to loose. I tightened it as much as could and still no different. I'm keeping and manually moving thread with a needle to get it to go full width.

Spring on bobbin winder shaft won't allow bobbin to slide on. Curves out too far. So out of the box it was useless. Contacted vendor, was informed this was item could not be returned. I now have a replacement motor for my next bobbin winder.

I have only wound about 20 bobbins on my new winder and the free wheel seized up on me. There is NO contact information for AlphaSew anywhere in the box...no address, no phone #, no email. I am out $$$ and will Never buy this product again. This company doesn;t stand behind its product with a customer contact phone #.
