The machine and table arrived ok and on-time. Two of the four hex head bolts with thick (maybe 3/4") rubber shock absorbers that secure the bottom shelf that the sewing machine unit rests on were missing. I called the 800 number and have been on hold for the past hour. I'm not very happy at all having paid $1,698 for a new industrial machine w/table that's missing two critical parts… read more so I can't even use it, and I can't even get ahold of anyone at Sewing Machines Plus to tell them the parts are missing. I feel like I got took.
