Even tho I initially had a problem with the machine. The service department was great in getting the issue taken care of. With being a first time owner of this machine type Iâm on a learning curve. The instructions are not helpful in the operation of the machine. All in all Iâm glad to have the machine.

Looper misaligned. Wouldn't sew consistently or with any speed. Returned for repairs or replacement.

I've used a model similar before, it is a bit hard to thread the needle (which is common for these). I did notice that the instructions for adjusting tension in the booklet are not correct, use the instructions on the actual dial. It can take some fiddling to get everything to bite the right amount and the tension to be good.
Very satisfied with customer service and speed of delivery!
