I was looking for a machine that would allow me to function easily with very limited sight and hearing. With this machine the buttons are raised and I don't need to worry as much about "seeing" items as I would with many electronic units. I have already memorized several settings even though I got the machine last week- it is that simple to operate- and have made several desperately… read more needed repairs. I love this machine and would recommend it to anyone. You can focus on sewing and leave the machine to the settings.
