I was able sew one project together, a simple face mask. I started a second one and the sewing machine started to jam. I rechecked the bobbin threading a retreaded the upper thread and still the same problem of sewing well for awhile and then all of a sudden it will jam. I want to return it. Please inform me how I do that please.

I've used Bernina Sewing Machines for 50 years and needed a new machine, but now that I'm older, with kids grown etc., I don't sew a lot, but like to have a machine for an outfit now and then or for mending/altering and other small projects. It's small, and lightweight, stows on the shelf in my small home very easily and even has a self threader! And the price was a fraction of the cost of a new Bernina! No way could I turn this down!!! I did not realize it only makes one type of buttonhole and you have to manually stop the sewing at the end of the buttonhole. Also, the hand wheel seemed very stiff. I returned the machine and I am waiting for my refund so I can order a different machine.
