I was so thrilled to receive this machine for Christmas! My husband, sister & kids made this my Christmas surprise! It’s been a pleasure to use! I’m working on a quilt right now & it’s so effortless compared to my old machine. It makes my work so much more precise & my squares finish up actually square. Very happy with this solid machine!

My industrial machine is perfect!

This sewing machine is exactly what I needed for my two shops! Sews beautiful stitches, handles heavy-duty projects, and provides space to work efficiently! I have owned Singer sewing machines for 60 years and have worn 2 of the machines out. Decided I needed to a machine that is more along the industrial line. LOVE this machine!

Love this machine

I love this machine. It did take me quite a while to get the threading figured out. But it was "OPERATOR error"! The YouTube videos are a great help for learning the in and out of the machine.

Simply wonderful. Easy to use. The lighting and throat space are perfect. I purchased this machine to use on a "Cutie" quilt frame and it works perfectly. A thread cutter would have been nice, but you can't have everything.

Amazing

I was looking for a new sewing machine that had a larger throat. The Jazz ll has a 12 inch throat space which is great when I am quilting. It took be several times to figure out how to use the needle threader, but I found a YouTube video which helped. There are several YouTube videos out there to give you helpful tips on sewing with the Jaz ll. I am loving this machine. Only… read more thing missing is an automatic thread cutter, which I can live without since the extra throat space and the way it sews is wonderful. It has a manual thread cutter one on the side. I went from a machine that had the automatic bobbin thread cutter & top thread cutter to this one.
