My big bertha sewing cabinet came in 3 big boxes. Everything pre drilled with excellent instructions for assembly. Went together beautifully. I love this cabinet. It will take my sewing to the next level. Great price! Received quickly. I could not be happier!

Just what I expected! The cabinet arrived within days of purchasing and in excellent condition. It did take my husband and I a couple days to put it together (with a bit of trial and error and lots of redos), but it is very beautiful and bigger than I thought it would be! Great sewing space!

I love my new sewing center. The quality and construction were very good. It was fairly easy to put together although the online video is easier to follow than the written instructions. The work space is fantastic and it folds up to make the best use of any space!

Arrived very fast in perfect condition. It took some time to build but the on line help was great. It works great with my Baby Lock Unity machine. The table is very solid and there is no movement when using the embroidery unit. This was a great purchase.

I researched cabinets for my large Brother machine. This cabinet is excellent and the optional clear insert fit perfectly. The assembly is manageable for anyone with some experience and basic tools; follow the printed instructions and refer to Arrow’s YouTube instruction video. NIce unit- takes awhile to build- WATCH the directions!!!

I am still putting it together. I struggled with the lining up of the area in the back where you need to mount the lift. I think the directions could be a little better. Maybe how the piece is labeled. The one piece was hard to read the letter and maybe Up arrows and inside would help in making sure it is lined up correctly.

Perfect cabinet for a large machine

This is the perfect ergonomic cabinet for my Bernina 770 QE. (Manufacturer noted that my Bernina is too tall for the cabinet top to close completely when fully closed, but that is a feature that was not important to me.) Finally, I can sit directly in front of the needle with the machine at the perfect height for piecing and free motion quilting. The table extension on the back… read more moves to help support my quilt where I need it most yet folds out of the way when not in use. This cabinet definitely takes two people to assemble and the visuals in the instructions are not very clear. That being said, read the instructions through before beginning, sort your parts out and make sure you have the tools necessary - a power drill for setting all the screws was a real timesaver!
The website touted a much shorter delivery, especially for California residents, than experienced. Emails were promptly responded to regarding the questions on delivery timeframe resulting in the acrylic insert arriving on day 14 and a follow up email prompted a phone response from "Joe" resulting in the cabinet arriving 21 days post order.

Bertha's home!

Particle board is very fragile and gets dinged easily! I wish the hardware was labeled; too much thought going into which screw is for which piece and some of the pictures in the directions aren't super clear for reference. Overall happy I bought it but setup was a little tenuous.
