I was not aware that one came with the machine and so I ordered this one I contacted the customer service and asked if I could return it they said there would be a 20% restocking fee. I agreed and they will send a return label

I don’t know why they have this item listed for sale. As I purchased two of these hoops, one for my sister and one for me. They shipped out one but the other one they say is on back order. We ordered these back on 12/27/21 and as of 3/5/22 still have not received the second one.

I had to give my 6x10 hoop away when I changed machines...it went with the old one! No problem, right? Lots of hoops of all sizes. BUT - I found this is the handiest size and one I used most often, so had to get another one. I always come here to check before anywhere else, as the price is always best, and the shipping is fast.

Looks great Have used the smaller hoop and ordered a 4x4 from shop. Probably should have ordered from you. I am going to check your site not to see if I can get a price. Please note that writing reviews take away from my sewing time
